Refund Policy

Upon contracting the ETA Assistance service with us, we will begin with the delivery within the specified timeframe. Refunds requested after submission of the ETA Assistance form are subject to a $31 service cancellation fee, only in the ocassion that your ETA application has not yet been forwarded to the corresponding Government or other legal authority. Refunds may be declined for personal changes or travel cancellations.

All transactions are processed in USD, and refunds are credited in USD within ten business days. For refund requests, please email support@applyvis.com with your full name, passport number, registration email, and reason for the request. All requests are reviewed within 72 hours.
